Who we are
Quantum Granola is a woman-owned small business based in Oahu, Hawaii. Founded by a certified holistic health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition and a passionate self-taught vegan chef, Quantum Granola was born in a home kitchen as yet another fun experiment with recipes and as a desire to make super “clean” homemade granola. After a few friends casually tasted the granola, they all said, “I’d buy it if you sold it”. Here we are, we are now selling it.

We use Coconut Palm Sugar. Organic and Gluten-Free.
Coconut Sugar has a lower Glycemic Index (GI 35) compared to maple syrup (GI 54), cane sugar (60), and brown sugar sugar (GI 45-71).
Coconut Sugar offers various health benefits, such as its low fructose content. It also has a higher beneficial mineral content, including iron, zinc, potassium, and calcium. These minerals are essential for everyday bodily function and help support energy levels, bone health, and overall immune health.

We use Organic, Unrefined (Virgin), Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil.
Coconut Oil is a healthy oil. As with all fat sources, it is best used in moderation. We use just a little bit of oil, and some of our granola are completely oil-free (look for the signs on the package)
Per HMI Wellness School: “Coconut oil contains about 50% lauric, caprylic, and medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs). Lauric acid has anti-microbial properties. Coconut oil also helps to boost metabolism and immunity and assists in weight loss”
